Vagina owners are more likely to experience vulvodynia in their lifetime than breast cancer (!!). So why aren't we talking more about it? Most of us have probably experienced a lil' pain during sex at one time or another, but chronic, painful sex shouldn't be shrugged off. Our guest Charlotte shares her experience with vulvodynia and how a disorder that makes penetration not-so-comfortable has affected her life: from navigating blind dates to industrial sized lube and vulvar queens. "We don't talk about vaginal dysfunction because they are not supposed to exist. You are supposed to be perfect. We are taught that vulva pain is expected."
